Cost per Pair:  Member/Member £15 - Member/Visitor £20 - Visitor/Visitor £25

You can pre-book a meal at a cost of £7 per head - please include payment with entry

Any combination - Gents/Ladies/Mixed
Handicap Limit:  Gents 18,  Ladies 30,  Allowance:  ½ Combined
Tee Times:  7.30am - 3.30pm.   Age Limit:  Over 18 years

Please ensure your proposed partners are aware of your submission and enclose payment for both pairs with this entry form

NOTES: Please make cheques payable to ‘COXMOOR GOLF CLUB'
Entries to be on official Entry Form with appropriate fee to above address.
Enclose SAE for confirmation of tee time.  If it is essential to withdraw would you please arrange for replacement.  Refunds may be paid at the discretion of the Organiser.
DRESS.  Club Dress Rules apply.  All players are expected to change before using the Dining Room and for the presentation. STRICTLY NO TRAINERS. No shorts in the Dining Room.
BUGGIES.  The Club has 4 x 2 seat buggies for hire.  Please contact the Professional.
PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR SCORECARD FROM THE PROFESSIONAL'S SHOP AND REPORT TO THE STARTER AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE ALLOTTED START TIME.
