On Arrival

All visitors to Coxmoor Golf Club are requested to comply with the Club Dress Code.  The following applies.

Recognised golf attire only may be worn on the course

Tailored Shorts with either long socks or predominently white short socks may be worn

Ladies may wear dress shorts with ankle or cut-off socks

When in the clubhouse shorts may be worn with suitable footwear which may include

smart sandals or 'deck' style shoes among others but strictly

NO TRAINERS

Shorts are not permitted in the Dining Room at any time.

Shorts may not be worn in the clubhouse after 8.00pm.

The wearing of jeans, trackwear, trainers or shirts without collars

is not permitted on the Course or in the Clubhouse

Access to the course and to the Gents and the Ladies locker rooms is via the passage-way between the Clubhouse and the Professional's Shop.  The Ladies locker room is immediately on the left at the end of the passage.  The Gents locker room is at the far end of the clubhouse through the Gents foyer.  Both rooms have a security access code which is obtainable from the Professional.  Visitors are requested not to take golfing equipment into the main clubhouse area of the building.

All golf fees are payable prior to commencement of play.  Group Organisers should contact the Professional on arrival to confirm numbers playing, tee time and any other arrangements including payment of golf fees.  Any discrepancies will be discussed with the Club Secretary.

The 1st tee is to the side of the Professional's Shop and is controlled by the Professional and his staff.
