TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit: A non refundable deposit of £150 is required to ensure reservation, at the time of booking. Tee times cannot be guaranteed without deposit. Tee reservations cannot be held for less than 12 people.
Payments: All green fees must be paid before teeing off, and all food and drinks must be paid to the Bar and Catering Supervisor before leaving the premises. Any non-payment may be surcharged at 10% at the Clubs discretion. All cheques are payable to: COXMOOR GOLF CLUB
Final numbers, for which a full charge will be made, should be confirmed seven (7) days before your event.
Halfway house drinks must be purchased from the club. Please ensure your members are aware of the dress rules to avoid embarrassment. Our insurance does not cover visitors. Your group should carry their own insurance. All members of your society should be experienced golfers and be able to produce proof of handicap if required.

Coxmoor Golf Club welcomes visiting societies on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Members of Coxmoor Golf Club playing on society golf days may not sign visitors in at the member’s guest rate.
Format
Medal play or Texas Scramble is not permitted and we request that you play in 3’s in the morning and 3 or 4’s in the afternoon. (This helps keep the day on schedule). All play will be from yellow tees.
Dress
Please avoid any disruption to your day by ensuring your members comply with the Club dress code.
Golf Course: Recognised golfing attire only. Shorts may be worn with knee length socks or white sports socks. Shirts must be complete with a collar.
Clubhouse: Jackets with collared shirt and tie will be required in the Dining Room after 8pm. At all other times smart casual wear is acceptable. Tailored shorts may be worn until 8.00pm only. Jeans, collarless shirts, trainers and golf waterproof clothing are not permissible in the Clubhouse.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are permitted on the course but must be switched off and only used in cases of emergency. Mobile telephones are not welcome in the Clubhouse - please go to the car park to make/receive calls.
